Founded in 1791, when German immigrant Philippus Wolvaart acquired 49 hectares of land in the Paarl Valley where he named the property Nederburgh, in honour of the VOC commissioner, Sebastian Cornelis Nederburgh.

Dusty flint with lemon zest and marmalade flavours can be found on a balanced, refreshing palate.
